• Built a PPTX deck generation and editing system driven by Claude tool calling, with custom tools and automated screenshot validation, across thousands of uploaded and generated decks.
• Designed its ingestion pipeline: Redis-backed BullMQ queues split each deck, extract content, tag templates with LLM metadata and screenshots, then remerge slides as XML on generation.
• Migrated a 350 GB Elasticsearch cluster of 4M+ documents between AWS instances and redesigned its index strategy, cutting 40,000 shards to 700.
• Ran production database migrations of 5M+ rows, consolidating several parallel message sources into a unified schema.
